Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026.
These terms are an agreement between Vladislav Kutepov, trading as Vlad Kutepov, a sole trader in South Australia (ABN 90 374 636 715) ("we", "us"), and the club, organisation or agency that uses Unveil3D ("you"), and each person who signs in for it. By creating an account or using the Studio you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. The service
Unveil3D turns your photos, logos and details into interactive 3D scenes ("scenes") that you can share by link, embed on websites you choose and, on some plans, export as video. A scene can also have an announcer voice, and fans can share a link and a picture card for each player in it. Section 6 covers both. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a feature you have paid for during a paid period without a fair alternative or a pro-rata refund.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the club or organisation.
- Keep your sign-in methods (passkeys, email) secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the roles you give team members (owner, admin, editor, viewer).
- Tell us at hello@unveil3d.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
3. Plans, prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
| Plan | Price | Includes (summary) |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | Free for 7 days, no card | Watermarked, 1 live scene, a limited number of cut-outs |
| Club | A$79 a month or A$790 a year | 2 live scenes, standard templates, 75 cut-outs a month, embeds, poster |
| Pro | A$249 a month or A$2,490 a year | 12 live scenes, premium templates, 420 cut-outs a month, social video, sponsor reports |
| Extra live scene | A$39 a month or A$390 a year, each | One more live scene and 40 cut-outs a month, added to a Club or Pro plan |
| Agency | From A$799 a month | 5 organisations included, unlimited live scenes, 3,000 cut-outs a month, everything in Pro |
| Showcase Pass | A$149 once | One premium scene live for 30 days |
| Credit packs | 100 for A$29; 500 for A$119 | Extra AI credits |
Features marked "coming soon" on the pricing page aren't part of any plan until we release them.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the club (section 10) cancels the plan straight away instead.
- If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period before paid features stop.
- When a trial ends without a purchase, your scenes stop playing but your work is kept, and buying a plan brings them back. When a paid plan ends, your scenes become read-only and watermarked.
- Credits are used by AI processing (for example cut-outs). A plan's monthly credits don't roll over: what's unused ends when the next month's arrive. Credits from packs and passes don't expire. Credits have no cash value.
- Fair-use limits apply to protect the service (for example daily processing limits). If one applies, the Studio will say so and you can try later.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including refunds for a major failure.
4. Your content
"Your content" means photos, videos, logos, sponsor marks, names, statistics, text and anything else you upload or enter.
- You keep ownership of your content.
- Licence to us. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process (including with automated tools such as cut-out, image checks and voice generation), adapt into scenes, encrypt, display and deliver your content, only to provide and secure the service for you and as you direct (for example to the websites you allow). This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law or that are in backups awaiting deletion.
- No training. We do not use your content to train AI models.
- Our providers. We run Unveil3D on Cloudflare (hosting, storage, databases, and image, AI and speech processing), use Google's text-to-speech model through Cloudflare for the announcer voice, and take payments through Stripe. Your content goes to them only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy says what each one receives.
5. Your promises about content and consent
For everything you upload or publish, you promise that:
- you own it or have permission to use it this way, including any logos, sponsor marks and music or video;
- every identifiable person in it has agreed to appear in a public scene, and for anyone under 18 a parent or guardian has agreed, and you have recorded that agreement as the Studio asks (see our consent wording);
- that agreement covers the announcer voice and the player share links and cards, if you leave them on for that person, and you will remove a person promptly if their consent (or their parent's or guardian's) is withdrawn;
- the facts you enter (names, statistics, honours) are accurate, and nothing is defamatory, misleading or unlawful;
- you will not upload content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child, or any other unlawful content.
The Studio treats every named player as under 18 until you say otherwise. It won't publish a scene with a named under-18 unless you've recorded a guardian's consent and the guardian's name, or with anyone whose consent was withdrawn. It also won't publish a scene with a pictured player who has no name yet, since no consent can be on record for them. These checks support your promise. They don't replace it.
We may ask you to show that consent was given. If you break these promises you are responsible for the resulting claims against us, to the extent the law allows.
6. Publishing, sharing and embeds
- A published scene can be seen by anyone with its link unless you add a password or an end date. Embeds play only on websites you list as allowed.
- Under-18s' surnames are hidden in published scenes unless you turn them on for a person. Published scenes ask search engines not to index them.
- Announcer voice. If you generate it, a computer-generated voice says the player's position, number and name (the surname only where the scene shows it) and your club's name. We keep the audio clips for your club, and they play in the published scene.
- Player links and cards. Each named player in a published scene gets a link of their own and two picture cards: a 1080 x 1350 portrait card and a link-preview image. The Studio makes them when you publish. The link uses a random code, not the player's name. A card shows the player's cut-out, first name, number and position, and the surname only where the scene shows it. Fans can open the link, save the card and share both. They're on by default. You can switch them off for the whole scene at once, or for one player from your next publish. They don't work on a scene with a password, and they stop working when the scene is unpublished or its end date passes.
- Withdrawn consent. When you record that someone has withdrawn consent, every live scene with that person goes offline at once. An older version showing them can't be made live again unless new consent is recorded.
- Reports count visits without identifying visitors. They also count player shares, link opens and card saves.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for anything unlawful, harassing, hateful or deceptive, or to impersonate a club, player or sponsor;
- upload malware, or try to get around the service's limits, plans, watermarks, passwords or security;
- try to access another organisation's data;
- overload the service (including automated traffic to scenes) or resell it without an Agency agreement.
8. Our technology
The Unveil3D engine, templates, shaders, animations, code and designs are ours or our licensors' and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from using the service and your scenes as these terms allow, you must not, and must not let anyone:
- copy, scrape, download, decompile, decrypt, reverse engineer or extract the scene engine, templates or scene packages, or try to;
- remove or alter copyright notices, licence headers, fingerprints or watermarks;
- host or redistribute a scene, or its code, outside the share link, the embed code and the allowed websites;
- use the service to build a competing product.
Each published scene carries hidden identifiers so copies can be traced. Scenes found outside allowed websites may be blocked.
9. Removal requests and takedown
A player, a parent or guardian, a club or a rights holder can ask us to remove content at hello@unveil3d.com. We may take a scene offline or remove content while we look into a request, especially where a child is involved, and we will tell the club. Our targets: where a child is at risk, the scene goes offline within 1 hour and we keep what the police or eSafety need; a minor's photo without consent, or a withdrawal for a minor, within 24 hours (4 hours if a safety concern is raised); an adult's withdrawal within 2 business days; a copyright complaint after we assess it. Stored copies are deleted within 30 days, except what we must keep for the police or eSafety. Recording a withdrawal of consent in the Studio takes the affected scenes offline straight away. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to suspension.
10. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the service and delete your content at any time. A club's owner can delete the whole club in the Studio (Team): its scenes go offline at once, any paid plan is cancelled straight away with no refund for the unused time, and its content is deleted within two days. We may suspend or end your access, or take content down, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect people (especially children) or the service. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it or to download your content.
11. Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available and fast, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by our providers or by events outside our control. We may change these terms; we will give at least 30 days' notice of a change that is significantly worse for you, and you can cancel before it applies.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows: the service is provided as is; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period (or A$100 for trial users). Where the Australian Consumer Law guarantees cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, where permitted, to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.
13. General
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Notices to us go to hello@unveil3d.com; notices to you go to the account owner's email.
